As founder of Tim Morehouse Fencing Club, he built a broad coaching program whose students have earned national medals and continued to universities including Yale, Johns Hopkins, Cornell and Princeton.

His education work includes service as a Teach For America teacher and teacher trainer, a Master’s Degree in Education, the Fencing In The Schools nonprofit, and White House “Champion of Change” recognition in 2012.

What he brought to Benjamin

Morehouse brought Benjamin into an environment shaped by Olympic experience, ambitious program building and a strong belief in the teachability of high-level sabre. His chapter in Benjamin’s development connected competitive standards with a larger culture of education and opportunity.
